fuh...leganya dah sampai rumah mama...
We went to Awana Kijal last Sunday, 2nd December til Friday, 7th December. Yeah baby, 6 days and 5 nights. Totally awesome time that i had with my boy (minus hubby because he has to work...hehehehe). Basically what we did was breakfast ( i spend 1 hour everyday makan buffet bfast..melantak nasi dagang plus the daging salai..perghh...Amar managed to eat his fave roti canai on our 3rd day there!)...after bfast, we went to the beach...It was so windy and breathtaking especially in the evening with the angin sepoi-sepoi bahasa. Memanglah pantai di east coast ni memang cantik dan sejuk je mata memandang. Even my boy tak nak duduk dalam shade bila disuruh sebab matahari terik. He said, 'takpe ma, tak panas...ada banyak angin'..he loves to main korek-korek dekat pantai ( this boy used to hate pasir pantai..now, he even beg us to buy the korek-korek set for him on sunday)
After bersantai di pantai, we'll go for a swim for another hour. Around noon, it's time for his nap while i'll be clicking from one tv channel to another. Nasib baik ada channel Star Movies. Tak laa cikai sangat. After he woke up, we'll decide what to eat for lunch. After spending 6 days in Awana, i don't think i'l eat another western food since basically that's what we ordered everyday. Tak pun nasi goreng atau tomyam untuk dinner. Gue miss makan nasi putih berlauk.
Around 4 .30pm we'll go for a walk , it's either wee at the playground or another round of bersantai di pantai. On the 2nd day, i hired a bike and make Danial sit still behind me. He said, "Ma, bawak laju-laju macam mat rempit". Rugi takder cameraman di situ to capture our priceless picture together on the bike. After that, time to swim again sampai laa kul 6 lebih. Bagus jugak banyak aktiviti for the little boy. Malam tido awal!
Dinner also ordered from the room service menu. Manalah tekak tak kembang tak tau nak order apa untuk lunch or dinner. Nak keluar dari hotel, takder transport. Masa our first night, we went to KFC yang kebetulan memang ada di pintu masuk. One more thing, luckily gue bawak laptop and Danial's VCD collection. Dia bosan ngan cenel tv, at least dia ada vcd yg leh dipilih apa nak ditonton and gue leh kontrol remote tv.
Altogether we brought along 2 big luggage ( 3 orang=6 hari), 2 bag with laptops, one miscellaneous bag (susu, thermos, botol, etc), amar's nike bag (toys) and tote bag (botol susu dalam warmer). Hah, just imagine terhegeh-hegeh angkut barang. On our way home today, additional item was the Ultraman Tiga that he wanted so much from the souvenir shop in Awana. Ceh, tak sabar-sabar nak beli kat KL.
I deserved the holiday after a never ending work around the clock this year. Even Danial enjoyed himself too. Oh, he also make new friends there. Me too. Yalah, dah dok bersantai je, kena laa buat kawan gak. A boy and his mummy was on holiday too. They came from Kelantan. His dad keja kat Kertih bawak chopper setiap hari ke pelantar. They've been there since early November. Just imagine!
Kesian encik hubby terpaksa keja while wifey and sonny enjoy tahap gaban di hotel. Takpelah, Ahad and semalam dah swim puas-puas kat pool. Thank you for the fantastic trip for me and Danial. Hey, it's fully sponsored. Siapa tak suka, kan?
